Sobadokoro TANAKAYA was established in 1928 as EDO-SOBA(※) noodle restaurant in Itabashi-ku, Tokyo, Japan.
When thinking 1928, surprisingly, the first Mickey Mouse's work "Mickey Mouse in Steamboat Willie" was exhibited, and Winter Olympics of the 2nd time was held in Saint Moritz in Switzerland, and Olympics of the 9th time was a held year in Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
"Edo-Soba" is the high quality soba noodle.
